I put the mesh waspie into the storage container and swapped to the solid black waspie. 158.0lbs at 9am to 30.5". I’m pretty sure I noticed yesterday that my non-corseted time, I’ve changed my breathing. Will remove at noon today again for Chipotle. The fit of the solid waspie is different, only slightly, but after lots of hours of wear, I guess I just know. Maybe placebo, but not impossible.

Removed at 11:50am. Had digestive discomfort all afternoon.
