Cinched to 29.5" at 9:15am, 158.4lbs. My blood pressure is too high to get a fixed scout physical. Wife didn’t sleep well wondering if daughter did all her dual enrollment stuff.

Removed at 2pm.

I got so angry at work I yelled, started to angry cry (first time?), and then almost blacked out. When I calmed down, my blood pressure was 153/77.
