31.0" at 9:15am. Sister has lost 42lbs in the midst of her separation. She looks good, except that sort of weight loss seemed a bit speedy, like she is in an unhealthy place of starvation. I did a sloppy job shaving my legs last night, pretty much forgot my knees (again). Re-cinced to 390.75 at 9:45. Removed at noon.
