Ate a bunch this weekend at Wood Badge, but worked, too. Niece’s birthday yesterday - so I ate plenty there, too. Today I cinched into the mesh waspie at 9:00am to 30.25" and went into the attick to put in a new A/C filter for pollen season. Then realized to get down the stairs I usually scrunch up, which I couldn’t do. It was more awkward than usual.

Re-cinched to 30.0" at 11:00am. Removed at 1:00pm.
