I didn’t corset today. I went to the bank and when I got back, saw my boss had to appologize publicly for work that I did, but didn’t announce before I did it. It has me bummed. My pulse is up, I’m feeling stressed, my stomach is injecting extra nervous juices, so I’m eating again.

I took kids to get Crumbl cookies and my son looked over at me while I was pulling into the parking lot and said I “look fat sitting that way.” Then I bought and we ate cookies fit for a whole meal.
