While I was driving back from Nashville two days ago, I pondered having not taken the dieting seriously lately. This morning I had pizza for breakfast and lunch. My weight still floats around 157.2. I know if I logged my food, wore the Fitbit, and corseted, I’d be back on track, but I’d have to do it consistently. I talked with Wife about going back to the Appalachian Trail, but now I feel like losing 15lb is in the way. That’s half a fully loaded pack. 10 would even be really good, but 145 is my goal still. Also, I pulled weeds for 10 min in the sunlight but not much happened.
