I ended up getting about 3 hrs of corset on the 7th, Sunday, before I got sent on errands to Home Depot. No corset time yesterday. This morning I ran out for a Chick-fil-a muffin, then in my rush to get it on before a 9:30 meeting, cinched to 31.75". Its not poking my right hip right now as it has been and my fat rolls on top are maybe less pronounced? I feel like I have slightly lower than I have lately so the seam at the top of the busk isn’t poking out quite as prominently, but maybe the waist training is working?
I didn’t weigh today until after the muffin, and that was 159.6lbs, so I’ve for sure been eating too much, as I suspected. Fitbit has been giving me too many calorie credits since Sunday, that I don’t think I’ve earned. Now to let 3 dogs back outside…
9:30 to 4:45 before leaving for tennis.
