Surprised this morning to see my monring weigh-in at 158.8. I put the corset on this morning and cinched it to 32.5" but it didn’t feel tight enough, so I took it to 32" on the first go. I just won’t do a second after a half hour passes.
With this sort of progress, I’m excited to do another 30 min core strength yoga tonight. Maybe I should try 35 min or more? Debating on getting a second, black one, still.
I was doing pickleball with my son, but I irritated my heel and got some Achelles Tendonities. It’s still angry today, so probably no pickelball tomorrow, either.
Diriving with the corset to Chick-fil-a is a little weird, posture having to be straight and all. Yesterday I would say 32" was a little tight, but today feels comfy. Perhaps it was the second sinch that I should skip and not so much the measurement?
