701 underbust at 9am to just under 32". Was 162lbs last night. Forgot it legit takes longer to lace/cinch this one versus a big yank of the pulls on the waspies. Took 10 minutes to lace-in today.
Lose 10lbs to get the Libby corset or get the Libby to help lose 10lbs? Or get it after 5lbs? I grabbed a bunch of rib today. Breathing is impacted. Just running up the stairs was a thing.
I worked for an hour at the library, and the whole time it felt like the little privacy flap on the front busk was flipped and poking me. When I got home. it was maybe a ripple in the liner, not the flap.
I made a template for my back, then sat in the sun for 20 min. 15 min in the porch chair with mesh and only only five in a camp chair. That was less comfortable in the corset, but is normally nice for regular lounging. When I stood from the camp chair. I could see this corset feels more like just tall underwear, stiff though it is. I’ll need to wash this liner before wearing again for sure. At lunch, I started blasting through the book, The Corseted Skeleton. There doesn’t seem to be much of this type of writing to follow Solaced and Victorian Secrets.
Skipping a day of corseting also seemed like one of those logic traps:
- Today is not a diet day.
- Today is not a workdout day.
- I don’t need to get dressed up to work at home… today.
- I’ll get back to that tommorrow.
At 2:10, a deep inhale made the area under my dent ache a smidge. I like the hug of this corset, but probably should go back to the non-rib hugging waspie tomorrow.
Removed at 3:09. Probably could have done another 2 hours, but dent was getting sore. :(
Inspecting 6 hours later, the sun did nothing apparent and I still had imprints from the paracord on the 701 underbust. Tomorrow plan is to take a walk with a waspie at the park. Mesh? Also, I did a few minutes of ab yoga boat poses tonight. I’ve been legit putting food in the Fitbit app and keeping a calorie deficit this week.
