The physical therapist said my posture sucks. I need to put my head and shoulders back, and sit over my hip bones. I think the corset helps be do that, but didn’t wear it yesterday to see if I could nanouver my chair to encourage the seated possition the doctor showed me to use. I tried and failed hard.
The corset went on at 9:30am today at 158.8lbs. Cinched 31.0: and still trying to figure out a proper desk setup that feels right.
removed at 3pm. Was standing at a meeting and felt a pain in my left lower abdomen. It reminded me of what a hernia could appear at. Also getting ready for a meeting tonight.
