I put the waspie back on at 10pm last night. The restart tax is a thing, but things moved around and it feels good this morning.

I had “protective” in my mind as I rubbed my waist in bed. I won’t wear it to PT tomorrow or want the skin marks to answer for, so will leave it off after showering tonight, then have another restart I guess. 31.25" today.

Removed at 1pm to be travel-ready for Hapkido test, Wife arrival, and scout hut cleanup. At 2:30, angry digestion hit. I think that’s a predictable outcome now?
