Cinched to 31.0" at 10:00am. Max time today is 3pm. Re-cinched to 30.5 at 11:00, just because. The seqeeze feels good. I had nothing to eat or drink, so got a Poppi. I only got two sips before I was full. The 0.5" seems to make a big difference. I’m dehydrated so need to get some liquids in. Today I feel like I have to flare my ribs to make room.
