Weigh 153.8. Messed with the modesty panel on the waspie for like 15 minutes and still not really sure it is right. I grabbed rib today. It feels really high, and I have a bunch of fat mushrooming out the bottom. No muffin top, though. None at all. Applied between 9:30-9:45 with the fiddling, cinched to 29 5/8". Will see where the waist tape line is in a couple hours? Mobility in this is much different., I worry a bit with the rib squeeze and my pectus excavatum. If I have to grab rib, maybe a custom that just grabs belly? Maybe I should get Spandex?

I pulled it down off my ribs at 10:30, then took it off at 10:50. My dent area was aching. Frustrated.
