After I tugged the corset up, I slept much better. Pushing ti down is the wrong placement altogether? The first 20 minutes, it was pinching my ribs, but everything shifted after a while. When I got up at 8:00, it felt fine. I didn’t make the mistake of cinching it more like last time. Just sticking with 31.5" till Daughter gets picked up.

It was hot last night and I’m probably dehydrated this morning. Would have been an interesting weigh-in. Perhaps I should weigh a liner and the corset so I can still weigh in the morning and subtract them out?


Removed at 2:50. I wasn’t even craving it, I just thought I should have it off before Wife got home. I put the liner in the bathroom laundry bin. Took a chance. Corset is on the back of my office door to air-out. Not sure if the split at the seam is worse, but I woke seriously considering the plan to order 1-2 26" corsets, the same and a waspie. But I didn’t.

I took pictures of my belly tonight. My shape is changing and I don’t thin the camera really catches it. I do wonder what 10 more pounds and a few months of waist training will look like. I’m still pretty flabby, yoga ab workouts or not. I do wonder how much of the change is in my mind, vs real, vs the result of a 16 hour session, that I won’t last possibly without more 16 hour sessions?
